We are currently servicing clients via telehealth in Indiana, Illinois, and Florida. Must be in one of these listed states during the video visit. For class sessions, you can reside anywhere as we are giving overview of health coaching and not medical advice. It does not matter where you reside if you see us in person in our clinic.

It is recommeded that you fast for 6-12hrs for General Lab Panel. For our telehealth clients, we will order them through Rupa Health or Evexia Labs who will email you the requisition and/or provide instructions on the lab kit once it is mailed directly to you.

Our coaching program provides guidance on lifestyle modifications for health. However for optimal results we recommend testing to get to the root cause of your concern(s). Without labs, we cannot reccommend targeted supplements for your program, only general lifestyle guidance to help your reach your goals. We do not recommend entering our program without getting specific labs. There is no way to ensure that we are targeting the root cause of your issue(s). We have links to supplement catologues or individal functional lab testing that you can browse and order on your own in our "Products/links" section above.

We accept credit, debit or HSA/FSA. All of our services are offered individually, discounted packages, or through membership. Upon request, we can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, which is based on your individual policy. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee reimbursement.

When you pre-pay for your program it is with the goal of completing your program to your satisfaction. As long as you follow your providers' recommendations, you are sure to become one of our many successes. If you have received a part of your prescribed visits and do not want to continue your program, you will be reimbursed for the unused portion of your program based on the cost of each visit. We do not refund for services or products that were already rendered/ordered.

For our online classes, they are free, however you must prepay for your associated kit for that session. Prices many vary depending on which kit is needed for the specific class sessions.

Our program was created for those that are looking for client centered healthcare. We listen (phase 1) to your concerns/goals, constuct a program (exercise, stress reduction, limit toxic exposure, food choices) that will benefit you, then order the appropriate functional lab testing (phase 2) to find the root case of your concerns. Together we review the results, develop a supplement program (phase 3), in addition to the lifestyle program you have already implemented. After that, you will follow up on progress or issues (phase 4), retest in 2-6 months and adjust as neccessary. Please note that functional medicine is about 80% lifestyle and 20% supplements. Visit fees are seperate from lab and supplement costs. Labs can range from $200-$700 and supplement programs can range from $200-$800. Also, depending on what nutrients you are deficient in, you may be on high dosages for 3-6 months, before stopping or lowering some supplements. The functional lab testing can done via dried urine, saliva, stool, dried blood or blood draws. We do not do traditonal labs for disease diagnosis or managment such as cancer markers, hepatitis or auto immune disorders. We look at basic labs, inflammation marker, nutrients, amino acid, cortisol levels, and some hormones to name a few. You can refer to our links to see what type of labs and supplement we may use to get an idea of the costs associated with those. We are currently looking for motivated individuals that are in stable condition to begin making positive changes in their current health status.
