1:1 inital (phase 1) visit to review past medical history, your bothersome issues, what has/has not worked in the past. Discuss lifestyle modifications, identify specific testing needed, initate treatment plan. We typically start with a General Lab Panel which is $199 and includes over 15 lab markers for general health and wellness.

Follow up visit (phases 2-4) for accoutabilty, questions or lab interpretations.
*Lab fees varies on what type of labs are ordered, phlebotomy fees (if applicable), depends on what company and if "add-ons" tests are needed. Some insurance can be used for General Lab Panel.
